Who we are
Conservative Young Professionals is a membership society for early- and mid-career professionals who share a commitment to the principles of the American founding and the institutions that defend them. We are attorneys, founders, operators, policy staff, finance professionals, and public servants. We are based in the American West, with our founding chapter in Las Vegas and additional chapters planned across Nevada and neighboring states.
The Society exists to do three things: convene serious people for serious conversation, build the durable relationships that turn private conviction into public consequence, and give the next generation of conservative leaders a professional home that takes them seriously.
What we believe
Our convictions are described in detail on the homepage, but in brief: limited government close to the people, free enterprise as the engine of prosperity, civic responsibility exercised at every level, the rule of law applied without favor, the institutions of family and community that precede the state, and a strong America secure at its borders and respected abroad.
How we work
The Society's primary product is its membership. Members meet at quarterly chapter dinners, a closed-door speaker series, an annual leadership summit, and a small number of issue-focused working groups. We publish briefings for our members on policy and political developments relevant to the American West. We do not endorse candidates, lobby on legislation, or function as an arm of any party committee. We are a society of professionals, not a campaign apparatus.
Who we are not
We are not a youth wing of any political party. We are not a fundraising vehicle. We are not a credentialing service. We are not a podcast network. We are a small, deliberately selective network of working professionals who think and act seriously about the future of the American republic and the place of conservative principles within it.
